ALL of the questions are from prior quizzes. I didn't change a thing. And we went over the quizzes (each one) the day after each was taken. AND... the quiz questions came right out of the textbook's "examples" on how to do that type of problem.

Questions I've fielded so far:

"a positive times a negative is always positive, right?"

"does the sign in front of the variable matter?" ...........(pos or neg)

"do I have to do subtraction?"

"is it reciprocal or preciprocal?"


11th grade.
I'm worried for the future.

But I bet these kids are hell on World of Warcraft or Grand Theft Auto, though...
